Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping to our facility for all orders. We will provide a shipping label at no expense to you. Any provided shipping labels are valid for 14 days after you receive the shipping label. If it is after 14 days you must request a new shipping label.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are properly packaged and shipped to us safely. Please add padding or bubble wrap inside the shipment to protect your diabetic supplies. If the items are damaged during shipping, there will be deductions from the payment.

If your items are lost during shipping to our facility, we will do our best to work with the post office to find the item. We will then work with you to come up with a solution.

Please do not send any extra items that are not on your original order number. Any items not on your shipment will not be processed, and you will not receive payment for them.

Any items that are opened or not sealed will be discarded, and you will not receive payment for them.
Return Policy:

If we are not able to take an item or you do not agree with the deduction, we are able to return the shipment to you.

In order to return the shipment, you must provide a shipping label from our facility to your home or facility at your own expense. You can use Pirateship.com or another shipping label provider to obtain the shipping label.

You must provide a shipping label within 7 days of our initial email. If you do not provide a shipping label within this timeframe, your order will be discarded, and the items will either be paid for with the deduction or thrown away, whichever was previously discussed.
