How to get full price for your diabetic supplies

Alright, friend — full price is for boxes that are easy for us to say yes to. Plenty of time before expiration, clean mint packaging, and brands we actively buy. Here's exactly what we look for before we meet, inspect, and pay.

The three things that matter most

Hit all three and you're in the best shape for our strongest offer. Miss one and we can usually still buy — just at a lower number.

01

9+ months before expiration

Boxes with at least nine months left before expiration are the easiest for us to pay full price on. The longer the runway, the higher the offer. Inside three months, most boxes don't qualify at all.

02

Mint condition packaging

Sharp corners, clean faces, sealed edges, sturdy box. Full price means no rips, tears, heavy residue, dents, dings, or crushed corners. Looks like it just came off the shelf.

03

A brand we actively buy

We commonly review FreeStyle Lite, Accu-Chek Aviva Plus and Guide, Contour Next, OneTouch Verio, Dexcom G6 and G7, FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3, Omnipod 5, and Medtronic pumps.

What full-price packaging looks like

Think clean, sealed, and store-shelf nice. Corners should look sharp. The box should hold its shape. The front and sides should be free from sticky residue, scuffs, tears, or crushed edges.

  • Sharp corners and flat panels
  • No dents, dings, crushed edges, or ripped cardboard
  • No heavy sticker residue, grime, or stained packaging
  • Factory seal intact, expiration 9+ months out

Damage changes the offer. Stains stop the purchase.

We inspect every box before buying. Small condition issues may reduce the offer. But if there are any blood stains whatsoever, we cannot purchase that product at all — not "we'd rather not," we genuinely can't, because nobody downstream will.

Cannot purchase: Any box with blood stains, visible contamination, or packaging that does not look clean and safe to handle.
  • Rips, tears, dents, dings, or crushed corners
  • Heavy residue from stickers, tape, storage, or spills
  • Dirty packaging, stained packaging, or boxes that smell off
  • Any blood stains whatsoever means no purchase
  • Pharmacy labels glued over the brand name

Send photos that help us quote you faster

Better photos make the quote easier. Nothing fancy — just good light and the parts we need to see. Most quotes go out in under 30 minutes during business hours.

Front of the box

Show the brand, product type, and box count clearly.

Expiration date

Get close enough that the date is easy to read.

Seals and corners

Show the edges so we can see if the box is mint or damaged.

All boxes together

If you have several, take one photo of everything as a group.
